For the purpose of the GDPR, the Apurva Charity is the Data Controller, and referred to as either "the Charity", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Apurva Charity CLG, Dublin, Ireland.

The Charity may use Personal Data for the purpose it is collected for example being a volunteer for the Temple build project, neither shared outside the organisation without respective control nor used for any other purpose rather than support Apurva Charity activities.
